Signage in service across demanding facilities
A selection from the deployment record. Every engagement began the same way: a drawing set arrived, and routed, code-referenced signage came back.
Harborview Pediatric Annex
A six-storey hospital wing where most occupants cannot self-evacuate. The platform generated wheelchair-priority egress with area-of-refuge staging on every floor, plus a lockdown set routing staff to securable medication rooms. Approved by the fire marshal on first submission.
The Larkspur Residences
An 18-storey apartment tower with two below-grade parking levels and a rooftop amenity deck. Fire and seismic sets were generated with per-floor route variants, photoluminescent stairwell signage, and refuge-area placement for the accessible units on every level.
Meridian Court Apartments
A 14-building garden-style complex documented in a mixed archive of PDFs and hand-drafted originals. All buildings were processed in nine working days, delivering consistent fire egress signage and outdoor assembly-point mapping across the entire property.
The Foundry at Pier 9
A 1912 ironworks converted to open-plan offices, documented only by scanned linen blueprints. The platform vectorized the scans, reconciled them against renovation CAD files, and flagged three discrepancies — one a genuine dead-end corridor violation.
Silverline Fulfillment Campus
A 780,000 sq ft warehouse whose floor plan changes every time racking moves. The egress graph is re-solved from the racking layout each quarter and only affected signs are reissued — eleven signs changed in the last revision, not eleven hundred.
The Beaumont Hotel
A 220-room resort hotel with conference wings, a spa level, and guest populations unfamiliar with the building by definition. Fire egress was solved with in-room signage variants per room position, plus multilingual sign sets for the conference facilities.
The compliance packet cited the exact NFPA provisions for every routing decision. Our plan reviewer verified it instead of re-deriving it — that alone cut weeks from the approval cycle.
